The highland Cow is one of the oldest breeds of rustic beef cattle. They originated in the Scottish Highlands and the Western Islands of Scotland and has long horns and a long shaggy coat. A hardy breed. able to withstand the intemperate conditions in the region.

Sculptor Keith Sherwin Bio:
Keith was born in Stoke on Trent, the home of the Potteries and trained as a ceramic artist with Royal Doulton at the Burslem Factory.
